Your rights and permission

You may submit only photographs you created or have clear permission to display. You keep ownership. You give QatFrame a non-exclusive permission to store, resize, review and display approved photographs as part of the platform, with the credit you provide.

Cars, plates and occupants

Do not submit an exact plate for search unless the vehicle owner or authorised plate holder agreed. Record how and when permission was given. No identifiable driver or passenger may appear in a published image. Do not include current-location tracking, private addresses or information identifying an owner or occupant.

Review and moderation

Every submission stays private until reviewed. QatFrame may correct categorisation, decline publication, remove material, suspend access or request further evidence. Approval is not guaranteed.

Responsible use

Do not use QatFrame to identify owners, monitor movements, harass people, sell personal data, facilitate theft or publish unlawful, misleading or infringing material. Automated scraping and attempts to bypass access controls are prohibited.

Removal

QatFrame will review good-faith privacy, rights and accuracy requests. The editor may temporarily hide content while a request is assessed and may permanently delete it where appropriate.
