What QatFrame collects
For submissions, QatFrame records the contributor’s authenticated account identifier and email, photographer credit, rights notes, car details, photographs and—only when supplied with permission—a Qatar plate number and consent record. Removal requests include the details entered in that form.
What becomes public
Only approved galleries become public. Public gallery data is limited to car details, descriptions, photographs, credits and source links. Contributor emails, account identifiers, consent records and moderation notes are never public. Exact plates are available only to approved signed-in members.
Images and people
Uploaded image metadata is removed on the server. A gallery cannot be approved until an editor verifies that no driver or passenger is identifiable. Submitters must either provide photographs without identifiable occupants or conceal every identifiable face before submission.
Storage and removal
Pending and declined material remains accessible only to the editor until it is deleted. When an editor permanently deletes a gallery, its database record and stored photographs are deleted. People pictured, vehicle owners, plate holders, photographers and authorised representatives may submit a removal request.
Security and purpose
QatFrame uses account authentication, approval controls, access restrictions and request limits. Plate lookup documents publicly photographed cars; it must never be used to identify, locate, harass or track a person.
